Sinvitation is a library of romance books for adults, written by our team with AI, that change with your choices. You must be 18. It is offered in the United States and it is free for now. You decide how explicit it gets and what never appears, and you can delete your account whenever you like.

1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms

Sinvitation is run by Baker Shop USA LLC, a Georgia limited liability company in the United States. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Baker Shop USA LLC. For privacy and legal matters write to privacy@sinvitation.app; for anything else, hi@sinvitation.app.

These terms are the agreement between you and us. Before your first story you tap once to confirm you are 18 or over and to agree that we may use what you tell us about what you like to write your stories; that screen links to these terms and to our privacy notice, and we record when you tapped and which wording you saw. By tapping it, and by using Sinvitation, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use Sinvitation.

Our privacy notice is part of this agreement and explains what we do with your information.

Sinvitation is offered in the United States. It is not available in other countries yet.

2. Adults only

Sinvitation contains sexual content written for adults. You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority where you live.

Where the law requires it, we may ask you to check your age before you can read. We close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18, and delete what they hold.

Do not let anyone under 18 use your account, and do not show them what you are reading.

3. What Sinvitation is

Sinvitation is a library of interactive romance books for adults. Our house books are set in worlds our team made, and the story changes with the choices you make. In Create you can build a world of your own and a book in it from your answers. You can rate and review books, follow the authors you like, and send us feedback.

Everything in the stories is fiction. Sinvitation is entertainment. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or sexual health advice, or a relationship. The characters are not people. They are not conscious, they do not know you, and nothing they say is a promise from us or from anyone.

4. Your account

You can begin reading before you make an account. Your place is saved on our servers and this browser holds the key to it, so clearing this browser’s storage before you make an account can lose it. To read past a book’s free opening you sign in with Google or confirm your email, so you can come back to your books from any device.

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account that you could reasonably have prevented. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

One account is for one person. Do not share it, and do not make accounts by automated means or hold more than one to rate or review.

5. Heat, pace and limits

You set how explicit the story gets, how fast it moves, and what must never appear. Those settings are instructions to the story, and you can change them whenever you like. Darker tropes are closed until you open them yourself in your Story controls; section 6 says which, and which lines no setting opens.

We build the product so that your limits are kept out of every chapter and scene. We test this, and we would rather be dull than cross a line you drew. Even so, a machine writes the words, and a machine can make a mistake. If something appears that should not have, tell us through feedback in the app or at privacy@sinvitation.app, and we will look at it, fix what we can, and tell you what we found.

6. Lines we don’t cross

Whatever your settings say, and whatever you type, Sinvitation will not write:

• anything sexual or romantic involving anyone under 18, anyone whose age is unclear, anyone written as childlike, or any sexualised school or child setting;
• child abuse or neglect happening in the story;
• sexual or romantic content between blood relatives;
• sex with a corpse;
• sexual content about a real, identifiable person, or a love interest written as a real person;
• sex with animals;
• self-harm or suicide shown as glamorous, erotic, or with instructions;
• real instructions for crime dressed up as a story;
• hatred of your heritage or identity used against you, or hatred of any group written to arouse.

These are absolute. No setting, request, premise or character opens them. If you ask for one, the story tells you so in a line and carries on within bounds; nothing is written and nothing you have saved changes. A character may have lived through something terrible in the past. That history can shape who they are, but it is never re-enacted, never written in detail and never made erotic.

Darker romance is different. non-consent and dubious consent, captivity and kidnapping, power play, S&M and degradation, bodily fluids, step-family romance, monster and non-human lovers, adult age gap and graphic violence are closed until you open them yourself, one at a time, in your Story controls. Closed means excluded, exactly like a limit you set, and your limits always win over anything you open.

These lines apply to everything you type or post on Sinvitation too, including reviews, the name you review under and anything you write in Create. Trying to get around them is a reason for us to close your account. If we find material that appears to sexualise a child, we remove it, keep what the law requires us to keep, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

7. How you may use Sinvitation

Read, choose, reread, and keep your stories for yourself. Beyond that, please do not:

• use Sinvitation to produce content that breaks section 6, or that is illegal where you are;
• republish, sell or distribute chapters as if they were a book or product of your own, or feed them into another system to train it;
• copy, scrape or bulk-download the service, or try to extract the instructions behind the story;
• break, overload, probe or work around the security of the service, or reach it from outside the United States by hiding where you are;
• impersonate anyone, or use Sinvitation to harass anyone, including our authors;
• use it on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, or resell access.

Sharing a chapter privately with a friend is fine. Publishing it as your own work is not.

8. Written with AI, under pen names

The books are written with AI. Our team makes the worlds, the characters and the outlines, and AI models write the prose from them, for our house books and for the chapters written for you. The scenes that follow your heat setting are written by AI for your settings. In Create, AI writes your book from your answers. Our privacy notice names the companies whose models we use and what they are sent.

A scene may be shared, your words never are. A heat scene written for one reader may, once our team has read and scored it, be shown to another reader whose settings ask for exactly the same scene, so a scene you read may have been written first for someone else. Anything shaped by words you typed yourself is never shown to another reader, and no reader is told whom a scene was first written for.

Pen names. Our books are written by the Sinvitation team under pen names, with the help of AI. Bethany Watson is the pen name of a member of our team; the other authors in our store are house names, not real people. The author pages say so.

The writing will sometimes be uneven, and a story can occasionally forget or contradict itself. Your feedback is how we know where it hurts.

Our worlds are original. They are built from the kinds of stories readers love, never from the characters, settings or words of any existing book, film or series. If you think we have come too close to something, tell us and we will change it.

9. Who owns what

What you write. You keep ownership of what you write: your settings, your choices, your answers in Create, your reviews and your feedback. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, display and adapt it to run Sinvitation for you, to keep it safe and to improve it. For a review, that permission includes showing it publicly with the name you choose, until you delete it. We send what is needed to write your story to the AI companies named in our privacy notice. You confirm you have the right to everything you post. If you send us feedback we may act on it freely and without owing you anything for it.

What the story writes. We give you a personal, non-commercial permission to read, keep and reread the chapters written for you, and to share them privately. We keep the rights in Sinvitation itself: the worlds, characters, names and books we made, the software, the name and the look of it. A world you build in Create starts from your own ideas and words, and those stay yours, but you may not sell or publish a book Sinvitation wrote as your own work without our written permission.

What machines produce. Copyright law in the United States does not protect text written by a machine without human authorship. We do not promise that anyone owns copyright in AI-written text, and neither should you.

10. Ratings and reviews

• Only a signed-in reader who has read past the first chapter of a book can rate or review it.
• We never post, buy or invent reviews, and we never reward anyone for one. Ratings and reviews from our own team and from test and synthetic accounts are never shown or counted.
• A review is held back, whatever its stars, if its words cross a line in section 6 or carry an email address, a phone number or a link. We never hide or remove a review because it is critical or low.
• Any reader can report a review. When two readers have reported one, it is hidden until our team has looked at it, and we put it back if it follows these rules.
• Your rating and review are public: anyone, signed in or not, can read them, with the name you choose to show. Do not put your own or anyone else’s real contact details in a review.
• Deleting your account deletes your reviews.

Who follows an author is never shown to anyone; only the count is.

11. Reporting something, and copyright

To report something on Sinvitation you think is illegal or breaks these terms, or to send us a copyright notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, write to privacy@sinvitation.app. For a copyright notice, say what work you think is being copied and where on Sinvitation, how we can reach you, and that you are the owner or act for them. We remove what infringes, and close the accounts of people who infringe again and again.

If we remove something of yours or restrict your account, we will tell you what we did, which rule it broke and how to ask us to look again, unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.

12. Money

Sinvitation is free for now. Nobody is charged, there is nothing to pay for, and we do not hold payment details.

If we ever start charging, we will tell you first and publish separate terms for it, with the price, any trial, how renewals work, how to cancel and your refund rights. We will not turn a free reader into a paying one without a clear, separate agreement.

13. Session recording, and what our team can see

While you use Sinvitation we record a masked session: the shape of the page, where you tapped and how far you scrolled, so we can see where the product is confusing. It is on unless you turn it off. The only words it shows are the app’s own, such as buttons, menus and headings, and the books in our store; every other word is masked before it leaves your browser, and your chapters, choices, settings, character, trope picks, feedback, reviews and every form input are blocked outright rather than masked. We do not record what you type, your browser console or your network traffic.

You can turn it off for a browser whenever you like, on the privacy page, and a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal turns it off without your asking. Privacy sets out exactly what a recording holds, how long we keep it and how to have one deleted.

Our small team can read your chapters, choices, settings, Private collection, feedback and how you read, to check quality and safety and to learn what readers like. Privacy sets out the whole of it.

14. This is a preview

Sinvitation is unfinished. Features will change and some will disappear. It may be unavailable without warning. Stories and settings can be lost, and although we take care, you should not treat the app as the only place something you care about exists.

We set limits, for example on how many chapters can be written in a day or a month, so that everyone gets a turn. When a limit is reached, new writing pauses until it comes back.

15. Ending it

You can stop at any time. Delete your account in Profile and your account and what it holds go at once, as our privacy notice describes; or ask at privacy@sinvitation.app and it goes within 30 days.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6 or section 7, that we believe belongs to someone under 18, or where the law requires it. We will tell you why, as section 11 says. If we close the service entirely we will give you notice and a way to download your stories.

16. The legal part

Sinvitation is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the writing will suit you, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says cannot be excluded. You keep every consumer right your law gives you that cannot be given up by agreement.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, USA, and any dispute about them or about Sinvitation is heard in the state or federal courts in Georgia. That does not take away any right the consumer law where you live gives you that cannot be given up by agreement.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at privacy@sinvitation.app: we would much rather fix it than argue about it. There is no arbitration clause in these terms.

18. Changes

We change these terms only for a good reason, such as a new feature, a change in the law or a change in how Sinvitation works. Each version has a number and a date, shown at the top. For a change that matters to you, we will email readers who have an account at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, stop using Sinvitation and delete your account before then. If you keep using it after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

19. How to reach us

Baker Shop USA LLC. Privacy and legal: privacy@sinvitation.app. Everything else: hi@sinvitation.app, or the contact page. A person reads everything that arrives.

These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and us about Sinvitation. If a court decides part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer this agreement to whoever takes over Sinvitation; we will tell you, and it will not reduce your rights. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
